Review and audit supervisor drawer to ensure proper cash levels are on hand and balance. Establish and coordinate cashier/ambassador schedules, when requested including lunch breaks. Work closely with all the supervisors and management to ensure staffing levels and replacement requirements are met. Establish and maintain supply inventories for all aspects of the Toll Plaza and Economy operations including ticket replenishment, service supplies and maintenance. Report and discuss daily activity and incidents with the relief supervisor to ensure all relevant events of the day are covered at the beginning and end of shifts. Ensure that customer service is at 100% by all employees in their charge. What will you need as a Supervisor? Must have 6 months of previous supervisory experience Must have strong customer services skills Conduct ourselves in a professional and accommodating manor, lead by example and ensure that the moral of the employees is at its highest Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft word and excel Must be flexible to work all shifts, including overnights, holidays and weekends HS diploma or equivalent Valid Florida Driver license #J-18808-Ljbffr
